There is a measure of truth when you hear the expression, “they don’t make them like they used to”. This 1939 Dodge Airflow tank truck is a true period piece. The streamlined tanker is powered by a 100 hp 331 cubic-inch six-cylinder engine. Although today’s tank trucks are definitely more efficient they lack the design of the 30’s and it’s why we were inspired to create this design.
